Composers (Limited Ed.)

For the cultured man, Baroque is not just a style – it’s a way of life. Baroque pocket watches were designed after the idea of the noble life well lived: elegant yet down-to-earth, affluent but not gaudy. The Baroque collection represents the genesis of Boegli watches: our first musical watch models feature the same distinct dial and design. But more than ours, it tells your story: it’s a pocket watch that says you’re a traditionalist, but not one without a strong sense of adventure. Available in Gold and Palladium finish.

“The ballroom echoes the clarion song of the violin; the overture has ended, the minuet begins. A bow and a curtsy – he offers his arm, she takes his hand.”

Mozart — The Magic Flute
One of the greatest operas ever written, Mozart’s timeless classic is the ode to the search for truth and reason, love and enlightenment. The opera premiered on September 30th, 1791 in Vienna, just two months before the composer’s untimely passing.
Chopin — Tristesse
This is a slow cantabile study for polyphonic and expressive legato playing. In fact, Chopin himself believed the melody of the piece to be the most beautiful one he ever composed.
Beethoven — Für Elise
Discovered only 40 years after Ludwig van Beethoven’s death, this Bagatelle No. 25 in A minor is one of the most famous piano solo pieces of all time. Composed as a dedication to a close friend of the composer, Für Elise is beloved for its poignancy, dreamyness and warmth.
